We are planning a wedding and need a music selection that fits with the planned events of the day.  How do we pick the perfect songs?

This is our favorite question because we get to explain what we love and are honored to be a part of; working with our clients to create the perfect musical accompaniment to this special day. First, we discuss every aspect of your event, whether planned or not, and develop an event schedule. We assist in filling in any gaps then we discuss the “mood” the couple and their loved ones want to experience. From there we walk them through extensive music libraries and play lists from other events we’ve done until we have the selection perfect for their event. Prior to meeting with our clients, we send them worksheets and fun tools to pick songs, themes and other elements of their events. Our entertainers conduct your event with a detailed plan of what happens, with whom and at what time. 

What kinds of events do you do?

Our entertainers perform at Weddings, private parties and corporate events.  We have entertainers who specialize in Jewish functions such and Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs and Jewish Wedding Ceremonies.  We don’t include the chairs but get you up on them! Sometimes it takes one to know one so if you are planning an event for people in their teens or twenties, we have age appropriate entertainers to make it special.

What kind of equipment do you provide? 
Depending on your event, we provide professional grade instruments, sound and lighting equipment to meet the needs of your special event. Whether a duet of piano and vocals, guitar and vocals, a large DJ sound rig with a riser and lots of lights, a live ensemble ranging from 5 to 12 pieces, our equipment is professional, well maintained, insured and backed up in the event of a malfunction.  JPE has provided sound systems for individual performers, corporate training and presentations, trade shows, weddings, parties and outdoor concert.  A comprehensive plan establishing equipment requirements, load in/out times and access paths, power requirements and other pertinent logistics is done prior to the event.

Jimmy Pop Entertainment produces showcases four times a year at which couples, corporations and individuals are invited for a great time and get to experience our performers first hand free of charge.  Specialists are on hand to answer any questions and schedule your event. In addition, we have a private showcase room that we can arrange for you and your guests.
